Boca Raton Estate Planning Attorneys

Protect your family's future with personalized estate planning from attorneys who combine decades of experience with genuine care for every client. We help you create wills, trusts, and comprehensive plans tailored to your unique situation.

Small Enough to Know Who You Are, Experienced Enough to Know What to Do

Since 1978, our firm has served Florida families and individuals with personalized estate planning services. From simple wills to complex trust structures, we believe that effective legal representation requires more than just expertise—it requires genuine attention to each client's unique situation.

Unlike large firms where you might feel like just another case number, we maintain a deliberately small practice. This allows us to provide the responsive, personal service that your estate planning matters deserve.

"Your calls will be returned, your emails will be answered, and you will be treated like a client—not a customer."

A dedicated staff of paralegals supports our attorneys, each with decades of experience and long-term employment with the firm. This continuity means your matters are handled by people who understand our processes and our commitment to excellence.

The Advantage of Dual-State Expertise

Many of our clients have connections to both Florida and New York—whether they've relocated from the Northeast, maintain property in both states, or have family scattered across jurisdictions.

Having attorneys licensed in both Florida and New York under one roof means we understand the nuances of multi-state estate planning. We can coordinate trust funding across state lines, navigate different inheritance laws, and appreciate the unique concerns of clients planning for assets in both states.
